You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Special request for your comfort such as beds made on arrival, made service during your stay, cook or driver can be organized.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and additional charges.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund there after.

100% of the rent is due in case of no show.

Cancellation to be communicated by email.
